Pioneer DV-747a

Hi

I am considering upgrading my 3 year old Toshiba Sd-9000 DVD player for the new Pioneer 747.

Do you think I will notice any major difference picture wise as that is my main concern? At the moment I'm connecting via QED S-video cable and want to utilise the much lauded benefits of RGB.

Is it worth spending £750 on a new player or sticking with the Tosh. Thoughts?

Cheers
