do i buy DENON 1920 dvd palyer or samsung dvdhd950 or wait??

I have read so many reviews on Denon 1920 DVD PLAYER tests and are good with what HIFI yet some people say they are having lip sync probs?? and also the Samsung dvdhd950 has been rated top on pricerunner yet people are not happy with the performance?
Can anyone say what is what and should i wait 6 months to see if they iron out the bugs with the denon dvd 1920 as this would be my choice but totally put off by this lip sync prob??? Can anyone advise please?
The Hi Fi shops cannot get enough Denon 1920 to sell as so popular yet it has problems???

own at present

DENON AVR1906 AMP/RECEIVER
KEF KHT 1005 SPEAKER PACKAGE
SONY DVD NDP400 I THINK?
sony crt screen 28 inch

Many Thanks

Unless you have a display that will take the upscaled signal I would wait..

Depends on why you want to buy??

I am looking at the same players and I want some SACD and DVD-A capability. I am not sure whether the DVI-D port on my LCD is HDCP compatible so may not be able to use upscaled images anyway
