Problem Denon 1920 playing own disc's

Hello,

I have an Denon 1920 DVD player. The picture quality is excellent. I only have a problem with own made Dual Layer DVD's. I can burn the disc's without errors. When i place the disc in the Denon it just freezes within 11/12seconds. When i press the menu button nothing happens. I have tried several media (Verbatim and Traxdata) all the same problem. For burning the DVD's i use an Plextor 750A burner. Normal, single sided disc's are no problem.

Has anyone got same experience with the Denon 1920 and own made DL dvd's?

Jeffrey

(Use Nero 7.0.1.4 software)

I also have problems with normal, single sided discs. Sometimes the disc just skips chapters or the film halts for an second and then continues.

I have tried several media wich doesn't provide a solution for the problem i am having. Has anyone got similar problems? It's very frustrating when you want to watch a movie you run in to these problems

I have used Verbatim. The first i got where fine. The second lot i buyed recent are a disaster. Everyone goes wrong and can't be played in the Denon. I am going to try a different brand. I think it's just trial and error
