Pioneer DV-2850S / DV-380

Hi at all.
I've go a pioneer 2850/380 in Italy (I'm Italian) but sometimes (in every DVD that i've tried) audio skip some frames. Is possible to resolve this issue without send it to pioneer? I've changed 3 player (same model) before buying this but the problem was always present.

Obviously i'm using several original DVD in perfect conditions.

Sorry for the English..

Thanks.
