mid range dvd player divx multi-region etc

Just got my new pv500 42" got a teac amp with kef pods and sub. Looking for a good dvd player that will play divx multi-region play everything upto the kitchen sink. Don't mind spending 200-300 pounds. Maybe with hd on it. Through everyones help i managed to get my pv500 at a good price so this seemed the perfect place to start. ps maybe a new amp to
