New player required??

Looking for a new DVD player with component out to link up to my Iscan HD which feeds my plasma via VGA. So progres-scan not needed as it will be done by Iscan HD.

Like the look of the Marantz DV6400 from hifibitz at £350 and multiregion. Any one got this player or seen it in action, can't find many reviews on this.

Most of my DVD viewing is done on the projector but wanted to get a 2nd medium priced player for the plasma.

Any thoughts or recommendations would be welcome.

I don't have a CD player so thought the Marantz would be a good bet, and didn't want to spend much more than £400 due to new format HD in the near future.
