Hi guys,

I've spent a lot of time over the past year or so on these forums investigating home cinema stuff - screens, speakers, DIY room stuff, and projectors. I've been using my old NAD 502 DVD player and now that I'm happy with the setup I've got it's time to think about a new DVD player. I've looked through some reviews but there's a lot to choose from, and I was wondering if there are any favorites that you guys (and girls) might recomend.

I have a ThemeScene H56 projector so it would be great if the new player could have a DVI digital output that is compatible with the pj. Sound is very important to me, so I'd like a machine that has 5.1 line out with very high quality converters, and can do DTS conversion internally...

any thoughts, or am I asking the impossible!!!

ps - budget is 'flexible' - What I'm trying to find out is if such machines exist, and how much they are!
