Anyone tried a Denon 3910/2910 with a Panny PW6 plasma?

Just wondering what people's experiences are with this player; has anyone tried it via DVI to the PW6 DVI board? Does PAL output properly? And have people seen many macroblocking issues, which this player (particularly with the PW6?) is renowned for?

I auditioned the 3910 and an Arcam DV79 on a DLP projector and macroblocking was clearly evident on the 3910 whereas the Arcam was clean as a whistle in comparison. No way I would buy the 2910 or 3910 having seen what I have...
