The Denon 1905 and is it worth an upgrade?

Hey there

I have a Pioneer 565 playing through component, im happy with the picture but unfortunately no pal progressive so im looking to upgrade. Since i am buying a denon 2805 receiver i was wondering if its worth upgrading to a 1905 in terms of picture and sound?
Or would the Denon 2200 be a better buy?
