Pioneer DV-868AVi Firmware Update

I have this dvd player with firmware version 1.306. I understand the latest firmware is version 1.506 (there was a version 1.406 prior to that).

Does anyone know how to get the updated firmware, and what it includes?

By the way, you can check the firmware by entering the Initial Settings menu, selecting (but not entering) Option, then pressing Display on the remote.
