Multi-region DVD/VCR combo

Hi,

I'm looking for a multi-region DVD/VCR combo. I also have a Sony Camcorder, so to play it safe I was going to get a Sony unit.

I wanted the Sony SLVD900, but that is now discontinued.

Can you recommend any multi-region DVD/VCR combo that will also work with my camcorder?

I've found the Panasonic NVVP31EBS, how is this and does it work with Sony camcorder?
