Sony BDP-S550 Help!!

I have a 3 week old S550. Its been nothing but trouble so far...won't play Matrix, Matrix Reloaded, Star Trek II, in fact the only BR it has shown me is The Dark Knight!

Upgraded the firmware online from V15 to V20, and now it says "Cannot play this disc" to any disc I load into it!! Have tried a factory reset...

Any ideas anyone before I take it back, surely it must be faulty??!!

You could try reinstalling the firmware, then resetting. If that doesn't work, I'd return it asap.

Did everything I could...nothing worked, so its gone back, John Lewis replaced it with a S360 and gave me cash back for the diff!!

didn't need 7.1 analogue outputs anyway really...played a couple of discs and its worked well so far, pretty pleased...
