Philips DVP5990 Disc burning problem

Hi
I have tried burning to a DVD disc to see if there is any benefits than using my USB stick, but I'm having a problem. I am using DVD-RW discs, I can view the disc once but if I burn more films to the disc (using DIVX software) they won't play, can anyone please help.

Cheers

Paul

Try using Imgburn as this works perfectly fine. I use it for all my Xvid/Divx files on DVD.

I guess it's possible that the Divx software creates a menu for multiple avi files which the player just can't recognise.

Not sure quite what you mean so I'm guessing a little here.

In Imgburn I go to "Write Files/Folders to Disc" and then browse for the files.

Unless I'm writing to RW media I always drop the speed down from the max allowed.
