Hiya,

I've had my BDP-S350 for well over a year now and upto now have had no problems, today I bought the new Star Krek bluray and keep getting an "unknown disc" error. After a bit of searching I believe the prolblem maybe the bd live feature, so I've updated the firmare via the player to version 20 and have also plugged in an 8gb Kingston Data Traveler into the rear... just in case but still I get the error.

I've also disabled the - allow web content option on the player.

Any ideas please?

Hi, all i can say is it works flawlessly in my 350, so it's not a generic player type fault, i suppose you put the Blu-ray disk in, not the digital copy
