Samsung BD-P3600 - will it play dvd files over the network?

Samsung BD-P3600 - will it play dvd files over the network?
I currently have an LG BD390 which is excellent for the main part. However, it will not play backed up dvd files. It will play the individual sections but I have no access to the menus and chapter forward/reverse doesn't work either. Can a Samsung owner tell me if the 3600 will play them properly please?
