I would like to buy a BD player compatible with DivX Plus HD, divx7 and MKV... would you suggest to me a player, not too much expensive?

I too would be interested in one of these. I have asked twice in the oppo thread, but have not had an answer, as to how well it does playing .mkv files.

The Oppo plays MKVs extremely well, but as it doesn't support Large File compatible file systems (NTFS, EXT3, EXFAT) it's not as flexible as the Samsungs and LGs, you can work your way around it though.

Oppo are looking into it and will at some point implement either EXT3 or EXFAT compatibility with a firmware release, but NTFS licensing is too costly for the size company they are. Let's face it Samsung and LG are big boys in the business.

Oppo are also investigating DLNA, uPNP streaming possibilities for the BD83, but nothing is written in stone yet.
