Probs with Pioneer 636D loading - help!

Hi, I've recently had problems with my 636 taking ages to load discs and now it's past a joke taking minutes with several reboots to get a DVD loaded. has anybody had this problem and/or know if it's easily solvable? Thanks in advance.
