Can you select 24/1080 on Oppo BDP83 for Blu-ray ?

I bought a modded Panasonic BD60 and had to send it back as I could not select 24/1080 to my Themescene HD80.

I would still like to get a player that will play Region A/1 Blu-rays and DVD's but allows you to select 24/1080.

Yes you can.
Auto,ON or OFF are the options.

Not sure if there's any other modded players with forced 24p.
