Picture/Setting Problems With The Pan BD 35

I’m very confused over the settings of my BD 35, I get some judder in picture sometimes & sometimes the certain colours sort of glow in & out if you know what I mean.

Is this something to do with the 24p? I'm not sure, now I've got no idea if I'm viewing my BR's correctly Help Please

I know it’s the player & the settings I have, my TV's main features are here:

Hi 005.
If using 1080p/24 from the player then make sure there's no motion processing feature turned on with the TV as well.
All the best.

I'm unfamiliar with your TV but yes if there is such a feature it will be on the display.
Sometimes called Motion plus etc....that sort of thing.

Re: Picture/Setting Problems With The Pan BD 35

Have you set 24fps to on within the menu of your BR player?
If not please switch it on this will smooth out any judder but ONLY if you TV can accept a 24fps signal which i believe all the W series sony can.
Also the Tv should have a motionflow setting somewhere?
Can you check the model of your Tv as i am not aware of the W46000, but if it has the xbar type menu then it should have motionflow and like Kingfats says switch this to off for your bluray input.

Happy hunting in your menus but i am sure we can get you there eventually

Do you mean disc playback or the actual 24p?

Re: Picture/Setting Problems With The Pan BD 35

My own so far short acquaintance with a BD35 led me to believe that it won't let you select 24p if the connected TV doesn't support it.

What film is the problem with?
It could be that the film just has judder? 24p isn't perfectly smooth...

Vast majority of Film will be shot @ 24p and the Omen is one of them.

Ok been a while though is this a BR Disc Issue or Player:

Why do films not resume when I stop them? It goes back like to like I just inserted the disc?

Sometimes it resumes, is this a fault?
