im replacing my ps3 and looking at the oppo as my next upgrade for the same reasons as i owned the ps3, i need a universal bluray player ,something that plays dvd, divx and anything from usb at 1080p etc. i also like the the idea of sacd and 7.1 analogue outs too as i want to upgrade my honkyo 605 for an arcam 280 or350, so my question is will there be any other universal player to consider now or the near future with similar capabilitys as the oppo within the same price range?
