Question BR Player with Audio Lag/Sync Setting...

Currently I am using my PS3 through this system...
but looking to get a PROPER seperate Blue Ray Player...
to go with what i hav already...
---
Samsung LE40R88BDX/XEU
Marantz AV SR4000
With Bose Accoustimass 5.1 setup
(with the Passive Subwoof system, not active)

---

Couple of questions...
Can anyone recommend a Decent, non expensive BlueRay player?
ALSO,
i would like a BR Player that has an option on it to
tweek the audio lag/sync on it.
I have a normal up scailing Philips DVD player that does this...

When using the PS3 as a DVD or BR player....
i am finding that the Audio coming through the HiFi (via optical cable)...
Is a couple of millseconds behind the audio through the TV...

My amp has no audio sync stuff on it, nor does the PS3...
and i have been told not to go into the service menu of the TV as it will prety much kill it, and the solution doesn't work as well sometimes...

so that leaves me to look fo a BR player that can tweek the audio lag...
Merci for any comments...

PS...
Why do some BlueRay films not go through my AMP as Full 5.1 Digital?
eg - Hell Boy 2 on BlueRay...
Listening to it, its as though its only coming through as Prologic-II and not the full 5.1...
But then i noticed that some BR come in 7.1 Digital,
but my amp is only 5.1....
Surely if 7.1 is avaiable on BR, then 5.1 would also be available?!..
or is that not the case...
Is it 7.1 (if u have it)...then does to ProLogicII if you don't have the hardware?

The setting on the PS3 is correct for audio output as is does the job on DVD's fine
just blueray dics are the problem....
