Choosing DVD Player for projector

After finally making the decision to purchase an Optoma HD75 projector, I now need a DVD player to go with it. I would like a player that upscales, plays virtually any format (Divx, AVI, WMA, etc) and it would be handy to have a USB socket.
Can anyone recommend a good DVD player to use with a projector at around the £100 mark.
Many thanks
Ray
