I've just bought a TV/DVD combi - UMC S19/7 but it won't play my Region 1 DVD's and I'm now frustrated as I've been searching the internet for hours and come up with nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would be most grateful to ANYONE who knows how to hack into this combi and get it playing everything.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...I NEED HELP.

Me too. Would be very useful so the wife can go to bed and watch her Melrose Place DVDs which we bought in USA recently.

At the DVD screen "NO DISC" displayed top left.

Type "9735"

This should open a hidden menu.

Regional settings can be adjusted there '0' for region free.
