I went to Sevenoaks and they kindly opened one up and reprogrammed it so i can play region free DVD's,

at no extra charge.
I am so happy with this player, great picture and a huge jump in sound from my pani35.

The remote hack for almost all the Pioneer BD players can be found here:

You will need a programmable remote control that you can enter the hex code into.
