Samsung DVD-R150 DVD Hack or Factory Reset

Hi, I have a problem with my Samsung DVD-R150 Recorder. I tried to use a dvd hack and now i can't play any region dvd's.
I'm either looking for a dvd hack that works. Or how to reset my player back to factory settings.
Please help otherwise i'm purchasing a new player.
