Thursday some replacement DIMMS arrived from Scan and after 10 months of daily hangs and reboots, my PC hasn't so much as hiccupped since.
Looks like the problem which has been plaguing me for so long has finally gone away.

Not only that but I figured out that the router used upstairs still acting as a DHCP server might have been the cause of our network problems. Sure enough, when I switched off DHCP, Scott's Xbox immediately connected to the net (first time in nearly a year)....

Often get ridiculous emails.
Here's one I received today.

Internet Brands are despicable

Following the ham-fisted announcement on vBulletin.com that Internet Brands are suing xenForo in the UK, they have also filed in California.
