Want to build an R/C Helicopter with remote surveilance and GPS tracking...

Been doing some research, I want to go for the Airwolf Body kit, from the TV series hehe.., but it's confusing, need to buy the body, engine, receiver, muffler?, not sure if I need a petrol tank, not sure if the Transmitter can control it, also need the lights, not sure how to wire them, well it's very confusing, also not sure which camera to get, how to power it...., well one thing I need is money...hehe...
