Why Cardio Gung Fu?

There is always the question...

What if you don't have time to learn all of a martial art or the physical talent it takes to effectively perform it?

What if all you want are skills that allow you to be confindent in dealing with the realities of what you may encounter?

A CGF class can give you that by helping bridge the gap between career martial artists and those that just want to make it home safe every night.

What is Cardio Gung Fu?

A Cardio Gung Fu class consists of developing knockout punching on pads with push ups, sit ups etc thrown in at various intervals and is suitable for ALL levels of fitness. If you dont want to do push ups etc you have the choice of resting while others do them or carrying on with what your doing. Maybe some weeks later when your fitness has built you may find you want to do the sit ups. This is fine. I only want you to do what you are capable of & only when your capable of doing it. I teach people to fight without them fighting each other. Sure it sounds a fanciful ideal, but when you have these methods it all becomes clear. I run a workout class that is ideal for those not wanting to get involved in martial arts. Dont let the title put you off, these methods are not the general Gung Fu you may have seen.
