hello, i have got a sony sr 10 hd camcorder which has a a built in hard drive, my hard drive is now full and i wanted to know which is the best way to download it onto my laptop (which is a sony vaio vg-aw11z, also high def) so it saves as high def, i have also got an external hard drive for the laptop, any help would be much appriecated, thanks

hi i have got a onkyo 606 amp and a samsung series 8 52" tv when i first set everything up, if i turned my tv off my amp would automatically turn itself off and it would do the same when i turned it on, then i had to reset the amp for some reason. i cant get the two of them synchronized now, i forgot how i did it, the main reason i want this is so when my family want to watch tv they dont have to mess about with hthe amp, can anyone help it would be much appreciated, thanx
