Well, what can I say, so far I am very impressed. I ordered the macbook Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday lunchtime. Set up was straight forward and even fun. I haven't had time to play with the machine much yet...hopefully I will be able to do that shortly...

So I have finally taken the plunge and ordered my macbook. Should be with me towards the end of the week and I am actually looking forward to opening it and seeing what all the fuss is about! Ordering was relatively simple and a quick call to the helpline helped me to determine the delivery times...

So after months of research and soul searching I think I am finally ready to say goodbye to windows and defect to the mac. It's not been an easy decision but having fought with windows in its various guises over the years I think that I am ready for a change. I have also been watching a colleague of mine with envious eyes as he uses his mac with consummate ease. I mean the mac does everything that he wants with the minimum of fuss and effort.
