I've looked everywhere for an answer but can't find one anywhere...

Basically, I received a notification the other day which is a little simcard icon with an 'S' in it with a little yellow arrow pointing upwards next to it on the home screen.

What on earth does this mean and how do I get rid of it!?

Blackberrys are great phones and all that but I do get a little sick of the annoying notifications which aren't clear. I haven't received an email for days since this thing popped up. I can still send and receive texts and calls though!?

I've tried deleting all my texts, emails and call list but to no avail. I've tried resets, hard resets... again nothing...

Please... can anyone help...

Can't see anything like you described, but maybe you have a Theme which has changed one of them

Presumably you have tried a Battery Pull (remove the Battery for about 30 secs) Ignore - just saw you tried that

You could try removing/reinserting your Sim Card.
