just recived my new blackberry.

first thing i did was hook it up to the computer and did an update on everything.
i then went to blackberry sit eon my computer to download the app store to my destktop.

it say plug in the blackberry and press next. so i did and i keep getting a message saying, device not supported.

i checked the requirements and it says i require v4 os and i have v5 so no problems there.

i then tryed it on my blackberry browser and get the exact same message.

im with vodafone and have a 500mb internet and web mail limit. but i do not have the blackberry email booster.


can anybody help here please?
at the moment ny phone is only like any other, i cant get push emails and i cant get apps

Sounds like you dont have any blackberry services on your account.

What model is it ?

In the top right corner of the screen what does it show ?
