Morning folks,

My 9700 ran out of battery last night so its been charging overnight. Ive just switched it on and been prompted for my pin code, but when i type it in, only the numbers appear, not the letters which means i cant get in.

Its like some kind of number lock is on. In the top right hand of screen is a box with 123 in it which infers to me that only numbers are working. I have tried to change this with the various keys but no luck.

Any ideas? Need to get into my phone asap.

It wasd really stupid.....essentially i had set to pins on my phone, 1 was numeric based, the other was numerics and letters.....the pin it asked for was the numeric based pin and i didnt think it was looking for that....i thought i had disabled letters on the keypad by doing some odd combination thing....this wasnt the case.

Silly me indeed.
