Possible?

Hey there. Over the past few days i have seen a guy who has been 'running his mouth' to everyone and saying that he can UNBLOCK Blackberry's and iPhone's.... UNBLOCK - Is there such a possibility because as far as i know, these days phones are very hard and are close to impossible when it comes to unblocking. Has anyone every done this? I know he doesn't mean Unlock because he stated that he can do that seperately. Just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts on this whether it is possible and has been done before or not.

Thanks,
Chohan

Maybe if you clarified what you meant it may help.

Do you mean unlock so the handset can be used on other networks than the one it was initially locked to or do you mean unblacklisted as in making a handset that has been reported lost or stolen and barred work again ?

FYI, they can both be done with the right knowledge. First ones legal, second one is highly illegal.
