I have no idea where to start. What software do i download ? I go onto the t-mobile.com website but i dont think i can log in as it asks either for a 10 digit phone number (mines is 11 ? ) or my log in details which dont work so i must only be able to log into t-mobile.co.uk. Any help/ links would be appreciated

All UK phone numbers are 11 digits, ofter when things ask you for ten you just drop the 0.

The .com site is for customers of T-Mobile USA, which explains why you couldn't log in.

If you tell us what you are trying to do, or trying to set-up we can advise what to download and where to go to do it.
