Blackbeery tmobile confusion

Hi all,

First time I've had a blackberry so am quite confused with the services/contract.
I have the following queries:

1) I'm with T-mobile, 300mins, unlimited texts, Blackberry services (push email etc.), and web n' walk 1GB internet.

2) The unlimited texts on t-mobile, I have heard that they truly are unlimited (e.g. can use like 10,000 texts if I want to), whereas other networks have a fair usage policy of 3000 texts.
Can someone please clarify?

3) Data - Am I correct in thinking that Blackbeery e-mail push will use data from my web n'walk 1GB? As normally Blackberry services have their own data plan?
If I am connected on the wifi, will using Blackberry e-mail service use the wifi or the web n' walk data? What about internet, I assume that will be wifi first.

Phone is Bold 9700?

Thank you for your assistance.

Can someone please clarify? Yep, no 3000 FUP, it counts down from 99,000,000

Depends on your phones config but if connected via wi-fi by default it would use this as its data connection for browsing but still BIS/BES for email / pin messaging

Why so much concern over the FUP ? There's no charging for exceeding it and you need to do a considerable amount of browsing / streaming to get near 1gb.

Thanks.

Not too concerned but just went at wife who managed to use 10mb in one internet session.
She must have been watching videos, as I can imagine web surfing would use that much.
So far she's use 40mb yesterday evening and today.

40x30 = 1200mb minimum or average.

As long as blackberry email is included in the 1GB limit then its fine, otherwise its normally 50mb from what I understand.

God, damn you companies for your million option contracts with "unlimited" internet.
