Can't download Blackberry app world. I have tried through my desktop and through my Blackberry but I get the error message: Downloads via a USB connection are not enabled for this product. Hey

You need to have BIS (blackberry internet services) activated by your network provider or you cant download anything at all, over the air or through your computer(e.g. any apps even ones already on your computer).
