Question Just Got A Bold 9700/Onyx - Need Help

Got a couple of questions:

I want to change the six quick link buttons in the bar on the homepage. Is there any way to do this?

Secondly, I did not choose the Blackberry package thing. I'm not interested in push emails and only will use it to connect to wi-fi occasionally for football results. How can I make sure that I only connect to wi-fi connections so that I don't have to pay for browsing?

The six icons on your homescreen are the top row of six icons when you press the blackberry key, move the icons on the grid, to put the six you want on the homescreen as the top six on the first line of the grid.

Easily sorted. Now I need to sort out my net connection so that I am only connecting using my home wi-fi (or other wi-fi's at hotspots) so that it does no cost me.

Think I've got that sorted. Not having anything like this before I'm finding it very difficult to get used to the text message system. It's almost set up like an instant messaging system on the PC.

Blackberry Desktop Manager will allow you to back up all your phone content, including contacts, to your pc/laptop.

Yes but I would like to be able to copy my contacts to my sim in case I want to put my sim into a non Blackberry phone.

You cant. Reason they dont have it programmed in is because a sim card cannot store info such as email addresses, images or location data.

You can, however only the name and number will be copied across.

Select the Contact in the Address Book, BB Key then select Copy.

It will copy across for you.

So I'd have to do it one at a time? Is there anyway to do the whole lot?
