Hi, im looking to get a Blackberry 8900 Curve, would anyone recommend this phone to me? I currently have a T-Mobile G1, but have always wanted a Blackberry...Anyone with an 8900 Curve let me know wether i should get one, thanks

If you have friends using blackberry as well then you all can use blackberry messenger to chat anytime.
And blackberry messenger is very good and easy to use.
Also googlemap is good on it.
Although might not be as fast as 3G network because 8900 curve is using 2.5G.

If you can wait, wait for the Bold 2.
Bold 2 kind of integrated best out of both Curve 8900 and Bold 9000

Had one of these. One thing i found was the screen seemed to scratch so easy.

had a BB8320 before it and it had like an outer shell which prevented LCD from scratching but with the 8900 the LCD is the outer part. replacement cost me £70. (to replace myself)

if im not mistaken the bold has an outer shell which i think is a better option.

funnily enough, I've been trying to get my 8900 curve traded in for a g1 lol
Tbh, I couldnt get on with the web browsing on the curve- the mrs has a g2 and its much easier to navigate the net and the android marketplace has dozens more free apps/games available.

Blackberry is really aimed at the business user and I should have kept that in mind when I got mine lol
