I dont have an email setup option in the setup folder on my phone (which my girlfriend does) and i cant set up my emails, any ideas what to do?

I'm not to sure what you mean but have you tried going into your advanced options > host routing table > bb button > register again.

I've had the problem where I can't see my seperate email folders for different accounts after a new os install.

I think this is what you mean.
