BB Messenger (overseas)

My sis is going to Thailand next week and she asked VodaFone about using BB Messenger and cost.

Was told it was free, but she looked on Voda site and it said that there is a cost on?

Anyone clarify this??

You pay for the data outside the UK unless you've got a BIS world pass.
