switch on bluetooth and phones recognise each other. but when I press transfer contacts all seems to be working OK but it ends with nothing in the BB

Please can any one help, as it seems to be only sending data one way and I want it to go to the BB not from it.....

getting desperate now as number switch due tomorrow and I need to sort this ASAP

ericsson phone just says "item not excepted by other device" (BB) when you try and send the contacts file

but I went into an Orange shop and they did the transfer....apparently its beacuse the BB is a smartphone
