Can I use A Blackberry Bold on my Current Orange Contract?

Hi,

I am considering buying a blackberry bold to use with my current orange contract

it's a Dolphin 25 Contract - with data add-on

I heard that you have to have some sort of special blackberry tariff/contract to use the e-mail and web on it, - Can I not just do this in small amounts with my data add on? if not how do I change my tariff?

thanks

Yesm you need to call Orange Customer Services and tell you wish to add 'Blackberry Internet Service' to your account.

This will register the Blackberry with Orange, you can then send/receive emails, use BBM amongst others.

Enjoy.

Yes, it varies. Typically £5 - £10 a month.

Re: Can I use A Blackberry Bold on my Current Orange Contract?

When I got my contract last week they gave me the normal data plan.. as I have a Bold I called up and they switched it to the BB one, both cost the same so my bill hasn't increased. I'd of thought they should do the same for you..

£5 a month the one ive got and I'm on Orange also.
