Re: De-registering BlackBerry 8900?

have you registered this blackberry with t-mobile?

have received any bbm/ emails on it? If not then dont worry its not registered to your account.

If so, call t-mobile customer services and deactivate the phone from your BIS account (if applicable)

Re: De-registering BlackBerry 8900?

i've upgraded to the phone but asked not to include the blackberry £5 p/m package as the phone "is going to my son" lol, i havent even opened the box to be honest as i want to get rid, should i call them and ask to remove it from my account, and also what about the IMEI i dont want to be held liable for it once its sold is there anything i can do about that.

thats fine its not registered to on your account, or attached to a BIS service.

Don't worry, go ahead and sell it.

the only way to do this would be to go to your BIS account and re-register it with your old BB, im having same problem atm changing from orange to o2, im still waiting for orange to cancle my bis account... lol so far today they've only cancelled my orange email, 12 days and still nothing. lol

It was never registered on his t-mobile BIS account, therefore he couldn't register it.
