Re: CEDIA Expo 08 : Velodyne Acoustics

Phil, I am having a problem with these last few videos .. the Pioneer, Panasonic and now these 2 CEDIA ones

I have subscribed to them via itunes, they download fine but when syncing they fail and say "they were not copied to this ipod because they cannot be played on this ipod"

It only seems to be the most recent videos from the Pioneer interviews .. the rest seem to work ok

Paul

Re: CEDIA Expo 08 : Velodyne Acoustics

Will look into it, I have had no problems with the last few downloading to my iPod classic, but have had them fail in the past. Hopefully we can solve these issues, which I tend to think is just Apples software and nothing we are doing as they are mastered the same way each time.
Thanks for watching.

Glad to see I am not the only person having this problem.

Just watching in iTunes as it won't transfer to iPod.

While Geoff was talking about the new Velodyne in-wall sub I noticed what looked like the Stig from Top Gear walk past, very funny lol.

Stig was from the AWE stand, well known in the industry for liking thier cars!

Infact it was the MD's car on their stand, a rather heavily modified VX220 Turbo which has done about 11.4 seconds for the quarter mile at Santa Pod and is good for sub 5 second 0-60.

Thanks Phil, I have one of the new ipod classics 80gb .. I have tried right clicking over the file and selecting "convert to ipod/iphone" and it converts it OK but plays with no picture only the sound

The clips that dont work are the Pioneer 2, 3 & 4 - Panasonic videos 1 & 2 & the 2 CEDIA clips

Stuart is working on the RSS feed files now, hopefully that will solve the issues you are having.
