Re: AVForums visits JVC to see their super slim TVs

I've just watched this video - and I think the Slim JVC TV looks great - I expect the 46in one wouldn't take up much more space than many 42in TVs.

BUT why when showing off such a great TV why do they show the 'Spiderman' movie in the wrong Aspect!!!!

Surely at a show the TV sould be set up properly - or was this down to the AV video??

Cheers, cooperda

Re: AVForums visits JVC to see their super slim TVs

We all had a bit of a laugh over this one as well reagrding aspect ratio. In short this was filmed at the beginning of the week whilst all the clever people were setting up the projection demos, a couple of us noticed this on the way through to lunch and stole a remote (not easy to find in a exhibtion type layout) and put it right. With the vistor area always having loads of peope in it, I would not blame JVC or any of the technical staff, it only takes one inquizative dealer of customer finger to muck it up...... In short correct aspect is now restored until someone else fiddles with it.
