Please Help Me Find a Stand

I know I will not be the only one in this position, but I am finding it difficult to find a stand to house my AV kit.

My main problem is my centre speaker as it is larger than most speakers.

My requirements:
  • Black Glass Shelves
  • 2 Shelves
  • Top shelf for speaker. Speaker Size - 455mm (W) x 180mm (H) x 175mm (D)
  • Bottom Shelf for AV kit - 900mm (W) x 160mm (H) x 380mm (D)
The only one I have found that may suit my requirements is the Alphason ADP3. There is also the same stand without the TV mount.

Are there any other cheaper stands that would suit my needs?

Thanks.

Re: Please Help Me Find a Stand

This may not be of interest, but have you thought about changing your centre speaker? Is your tv going on the stand or the wall?
The reason I ask is I had a similar situation and considered a wall mounted centre channel under the tv. Something like this, which is a very reasonable price (and cheaper than most stands) IPL AVC1 SHIELDED CENTRE SPEAKER

Or if you dont feel like putting one together then maybe something from the Kef wall mount range or PMC Wafer - although a more expensive option.

Then you could get whatever stand you wanted to house the rest of your kit with less restrictions.
Just a thought.

Hi

These could be big enough for your kit:

Ateca Bordeaux 120 TV Stand

Gokeda Classic TV Stand

GT 11 Black TV Stand

Hope this helps

Do you have any pictures with all the measurements in them for the Ateca and Gokeda stands e.g. distence between shelves etc, not just the outside measurements?

Thanks.

Here is the spec for the Ateca Bordeaux:

http://www.bbg.eu.com/cms_files/64/Ateca_Bordeaux_BOR126_AV_Furniture.pdf

The distance between each shelf is just over 20cm.

We currently have nothing else for the Gokeda stands as we only started to sell them a few days ago. We will try and get more info on the site ASAP.

Kind Regards,

Chris
