Pioneer PDP LX5090 - Is it safe to mount straight onto the Atacama Cuatro stand??

Hi everyone, I would like to first explain that this is my first attempt at using this site. In the past I have passively found the discussions SO helpful and with my first attempt at venturing into the World of Home Cinema, I thought it high time I pluck up the courage to actually get involved in the site first hand!

I'm sure it will become extremely obvious that I am a total newbie at all this and apologise in advance for my lack of knowledge! I guess we all have to start somewhere though!

OK then, here goes.. I have recently bought a Pioneer PDP LX5090 Plasma TV, an Onkyo 607 AV Receiver and KEF 2005.3 Speakers. I am planning on connecting this all together with a combination of Van Den Hul Flat HDMI Cables and the speaker cable I'm using is the QED Silver Anniversary XT. I'm advised that this should all go together quite well and do hope this will be the case!! (Oh and yes, a QED Performance Sub cable too).

At present its all in boxes in my spare bedroom! I'm waiting for my Sky HD to be installed in a couple of weeks and then I am atleast hoping it will all com together!

My reason for this post (finally I hear you cry!!) is the TV stand... I have chosen the Atacama Cuatro stand as this will hopefully solve the problem of mounting the TV as it didnt come with a stand, pedestal or anything.
However, it has only just occured to me that I'm not sure if it will b safe to attach the TV directly to the stand or not, or whether I might have to attach a bracket of some description to the back of the TV first!!?
I wonder if anyone might know any more about this? I dont want to botch the job and find that a couple of weeks down the line that the screen fell off the stand or something awful like that!! Any help would be GRATEFULLY appreciated!!

Thanks for your time...
