KD-32DX40U Sony Stand Instruction manual or help

HI,
I have just bought a KD-32DX40U off ebay.
They guy told me the TV just sits on the stand and is not secured.
I have noticed there is a securing strap at the back of the TV, I also have a piece of black plastic, however it looks like I am missing some screw to secure the strap in the plastic? Can anyone tell me how to fix in the securing strap.
Also is the TV attached to the stand at the front. At the front of the stand there are 2 pairs of holes. The stand is the original sony stand.
ANy idea where i can get a stand instruction manual from?

There is a picture of the strap securing the TV - it may be clear enough to see but is a bit dark .
