| Ex Member | The top plate on a speaker stand, size important?
Hi guys, i want to put a pair of B&W DM601 S2's on some stands and i've been having a look around and found, what i consider to be, a nice set of stands: Quiklok speaker (or studio monitor) stands. They have a square metal plate (measuring 280mm each side) with rubber grips on top. They stand 1050mm tall. This is pretty tall, which i like tbh, but the plate is large for the speakers, the speakers being 204x244mm. Would this cause any problems? would it just look stupid? B@ |
